I am giving it till at least the end of December as I wouldn't be surprised if wave 3 involved Episode 7. After that though? All bets are off

JUST this afternoon I was at my FLGS, staring at all the Armada stuff, trying REAL HARD to think up a reason I might conceivably need a fourth Vic or third ISD (or 3rd MC80 or 4th Whale, naturally) and I stood there, mute, for no exageration 5 minutes before turning away in resignation and buying something else...

I'm not too concerned, personally. Wave 2 is just hitting its stride--we don't even have the full tournament rules for it yet. I'd be just as happy if they just waited until Wave 3 was on the boat to announce it, honestly.

If you haven't already, paint them up! It's a proven law of table top gaming, self-painted models perform better.

I'm personally starting to worry alot about Wave 3, why would they hold it back ? I still see no point of them holding it back whatsoever.

I thought we all said we didn't want wave 3 info until we played wave2 thoroughly!

Would love to, but my artistic ability is worse then a chimp with a paint brush.

Tried painting DUST tactics pieces a few years ago to reduce stress. I have never been more stressed in my life. I hit the golf course to calm down!

I do want the dreadnaught as a both factions ship to increase medium base ship options and because I really love the dreadnaught (Dark Force rising was epic),

I'd love a liberty class MC-80 possibly as a medium base cruiser for rebels with more of a forward facing arc.

After that I think we'll be seeing more specialist ships possibly with specialist rules, for example the GR-75 (boarding/objectives), interdictor (new objectives), some form of pure carrier (squadron launching rules).

I have been playing with wave 2 since Sullust and I am still no were near a quarter through of my testing and playing phase so I don't care.

I think this is a good sign of the game's health when people are suffering withdrawl and reaching for their pitchforks and torches over a product that doesn't exist yet

And yeah, FFG may be waiting for Episode 7 to hit before making any kind of announcement one way or another. If for no other reason, perhaps, then to hear the lamenting of the addicts
