Defender Decimator

with the Defender buffs Inc, and Gozanti on the boat, this list came to mind...

Rexler Brath

Predator

Tractor

Tie/D

Kenkirk

Lone wolf

Isard

Rebel Captive

Agent Kallus

Engine upgrade

Kenkirk flys his own way and Brath comes from the side. With Kallus and Lone wolf with Kenkirk's 1 agility (after damage) it leads to an almost assured evade against Kallus' target. Rebel Captive to Dissuade attackers that need actions, Isard for General Goodness

Side note, did just think about using Juke on Kenkirk (or any decimator really) for forcing more damage through in combination with Isard.

Thoughts?

The only time it makes sense to run Juke on a single ship is on Omega Leader, because his ability assures Juke is forcing damage through when the opponent has rolled at least 1 evade (provided the TL is there of course).

Having said that, Juke on a high Pilot Skill ship has at least the advantage of possibly assisting damage through on the turns when enemies cannot focus, or even if they do focus, at least it means they will probably spend the focus token and not have it for their own shot.

But I don't think Kenkirk's PS is high enough to get good value out of a single Juke card. Now if you had 3 or 4 Juking ships, that would be a different story.

completely agree on juke, thats why i left the list the way i had drawn it up with lone Wolf... the lone wolf plus Kallus seems like a potent combination.

Fel shoots at leader and leader has a lock on fel.. no modifications.

Leader shoots at fel... no modifications on fel's side.

Ally of leader shoots Tracers and hits on other target that can hit leader.

Fel's ally gets unmodified dice at leader.

Yep! As long as the s-thread tracers hit! :P

I think that Lone Wolf has to go on Rex here. Lone Wolf on a defender, when reliably triggered, is extraordinarily good. You've got 3 greens for it to work with instead of Kenkirk's single green.
