I just want to double check my thinking here.

Corran Horn uses his double tap attack at the start of the end phase before token clean up happens. If he chooses to double-tap a target that was hit by a tractor beam earlier in the round, the Defender will still have the token but it's agility will not be decreased since the attack is happening outside of the combat phase.
