If I activate a zone C it is possible for an heros who is moving in from a zone A through a zone B with a stronghold, to play a Timorran shard during his passage in that zone B before to end his movement in zone C ?

No, because you can only play a Shard when it's your "turn". This is defined as the time you are executing an order (including the brief space immediately before and after doing so).
When you are resolving the quest phase, it's not considered anyone's "turn" for card playing purposes.

Yes, they could do so in that circumstance.
EDIT: Even while moving, the hero exists in the intervening hexes. He can look at Dragon Rune tokens, etc; Unless it specifically says "after movement", then passing through is enough.
