The X7 title for the Tie Defender gives it a price reduction and a free evade if it moves fast enough. So any defender that moves 3 or more, stressed or not, can use Juke that turn, at the cost of not wasting points on a cannon or missile.

This lets it join the TAP v1, which gains an evade on every Target Lock gained, the TieFO with it's Comm Relay, and at least Vader out of the Tie Advanced X1 users.

With Juke being best used in large numbers, what are your lists that abuse this talent?

You make a good point and sum it up nicely. I like that the Imperial theme seems to be efficiency (action + point cost) and maneuverability (# green moves, BR, boost, evade). That is the counter point to Rebel shield regeneration. A free evade each turn from titles paired with abilities like Juke or LW make Imp ships tough to bring down in a different way.
