I suspect the E fix will be a title that is unequipable if you are PS8+. What I think would be interesting is if the pack didn't include new pilots, but ported other pilots over (e.g. hoping the E gets like Luke and Wedge, and the X gets Tycho).

My mandatories are:

The Y-Wing is very unlikely to be put in a aces/vet pack. Both the E-Wing and the X-Wing have been commented on by Alex and Frank as needing help, but there has never been a comment made about the Y-Wing.

I'd love to see some new Y-Wing pilots especially ones with elite talents. But the Y-Wing is and will continue to be a very solid ship with little need to be improved, which isn't true of the generic E-Wing or X-Wing.

The Aces boxes and now Imperial Veterans are used to bring improvements to ships that need it. Plus the Y-Wing did get some upgrades in the Most Wanted box.

Right, the only thing the Y needs is that stupid errata to come out saying, "we goofed, here's Horton's EPT"

Naw, the Ewing title will require the use of an R7 series droid, in order to get a cool thematic buff. Without R2D2, Corran wont be nearly as bad.

Yes it is, but even if Horton or Dutch had a EPT, most people would still take Gold Squadrons and use them to carry TLT or Ion's.

This is true, my counter arguments to the X are as thus:

1: A repaint already exists in the GR75 pack. Not a big deal, they can always do other repaints.

2: Fixes exist in the T-70 and future expansion packs. Integrated astromech, Targeting astromech. Is this enough?

3: With TLT spam a current issue, maybe a new Y-wing title/addon that lets the Y-wing do more cool stuff if they use ion/dorsal/blaster(LOL) be more of a thing.

4: The EPT, as mentioned. Ideally i'd like to see Scum ships as scummy, junky, cheap and dirty(underhanded) Rebels should be better trained and better able. Y-wing doesn't fit this mould. This will help.

The fixes for the X might not quiiite be enough currently to make it super-competitive.

The X-wing is the most iconic star wars ship, no questions asked, no argument allowed.

My conclusion: While the X can do with more nice things, it's had more love and is having more love with the most recent T-70 and core expansions, as well as the GR75. While yes, Y-wing had the S&V pack, and later the TLT, Rebel pilots don't feel quite as much like the grizzled veterans Rebel Y-wing pilots had. I stand by my Gold Squadron Veteran.

The E-wing is the no brainer of the package. If i were to put chances it'd be 60% Y-wing, 40% X-wing, with E-wing a 100% .

No not really. Integrated Astromech helps but Alex said it wasn't the last upgrade for the T-65. Targeting Astro is kinda meh. X-Wings don't get stressed that often unless you're flying a stressbot.

Best result I am hoping for is X and E wing with lots of new toys and some Y wing pilots with EPTs. Precedent has been set with the Firespray and HWK pilots in the Most Wanted pack.

This version had heavy laser cannons, mode torpedo slots, and apparently was as fast as an A-wing.

T-65BR (Aka ReconX): Lose your Torpedo upgrade slot, you may acquire target locks beyond range 3, you may give your blue target lock to a friendly ship at range 1?

This might better be suited for the Y-wing long probe whenever we get to adding more Rebel Y-wing pilots. This version of the ship traded the torpedo tubes for long range sensors and were able to transmit data their data to other ships, in the fleet.

The ship was equipped with backup shield generators, but I was trying to think of something that didn't overlap with R2-D2 and R5-P9. And by making it a red maneuver on a T-65 X-wing it would potentially make it more durable and suited to its jouster status.

StealthX: Reduce your shield value by 1, your action bar gains the Cloak action.

This version had less shields, and weapons but were painted to hide in the stary background, so it gains the cloak action. They also could carry bombs, but I doubt the Rebels need even more bombers seeing as 10 of their 15 ships can use bombs once the Ghost expansion comes out.

Minor quibble: the T-70 is for all intents and purposes the same ship as the XJ, though it may not have the third torp tube.

Recon X would be sexy as hell though.

I don't want 'new ship' titles, I want a 'Rogue Squadron' titles. X-wing variants smack of EU Lazy design to me.

This is probably going to come as a complete and utter shock to many of you...

But not all of us want to invest (or can afford to invest) in EVERY SINGLE expansion pack. Especially for factions we never use ... like "Scum & Villainy."

So, again, it would be nice for us 'Rebels vs. Empire' players to get a Rebel pack that includes Rebel pilots WITH EPTs, additional astromechs, and bomb options.

I need some cards for my Rebels. And a new Rebel Y-Wing mini would be nice too... Maybe red stripes instead of yellow?

Shield regen arcdodger monobuild, with only 1 effective arcdodger pilot.

Somethig to make the generics more durable, like the X7 makes generic defenders cheaper and more durable, would give an alternative to the regen buid.

Though I wish for an Y-wing with additional grizzled Rebel veterans and an X-wing in Corsec Green with Corran Horn, Whistler, Gate, Tycho, and all other Rogue squadron and Wraith Squadron Pilots, I do realize we will probably get 1 of either. The other ship shall most likely be the E-wing.

For me, an E and a Y would be perfect, with a boost for X-Wings from some new astromechs.

But, I wouldn't be upset if it was E/X and had 2 or 3 Integrated Astromech cards in it.

I'd like to see another Title for a Y-Wing that gives you a crew slot.

Because TLT and StressHog would be even more annoying with Tactician.

Or a generic R2 that gives you a System slot...because Accuracy Corrector on an Autoblaster Y-Wing would really make players want to barf. (Oh look, all 4 Ys are in R1 of your IG88. Tell you what, no need to roll any dice at all, just remove your ship from the board. Now, where is the other one?)

E needs generic help. Although I'm clueless what that could be.

I see a Rogue Squadron pack in the future. One x-wing but 6-8 New pilots and a Rogue Squadron title. Title could give out free evades or boosts if within range of another rogue.
