You do realize that you don't need to make all your shots tractor beams. Just make the first one and all the followup shots still benefit greatly.
So basically, it's theoretically possible to field four Tractor Beam equipped ships, reduce a cloaked Phantom's agility to 0, then one-shot it with a fifth ship. Right??? Wishful thinking??
If you could have hit a Phantom with four tractor beams to reduce its agility to 0, you could instead have hit it with four actual attacks and already destroyed it.

Balance isn't the only consideration, especially for casual players. We have a quite a few x-wing pilots, but only 4 y-wing pilots, despite the y-wing being one of the first ships released. The y-wing is the only OT ship that hasn't got any updated pilots (unless you count S&V).
I'd like to see a veteran pack include the Y wing.
Rebel Veterans would likely see X-Wing and E-Wing I think. Z-95's and Y-wings are used consistently. The two ships on the rebel side that need the most love are the X-Wing and the E-Wing. They've made a terrific precedent with this pack. Looking forward to seeing what they do with the X-Wing!

Unless you stack 2 or 3 tokens on someone, if let's say you have a few Scyks with Tractors, or 3 Defenders. But for that to happen you first have to hit him with the first shot. That is the important part, and where you are completely right!

There appears to be more text on the card. There could very well be an auxiliary effect if a ship with no remaining agility has TB tokens.

I think the Ewing is a gimme no matter what because it looks like they really want to fix broken ships with this pack. Now I agree that the Xwing needs some love and the Ywing needs some pilots, so why can't we have both? They may introduce an astro that is designed for the Xwing but happens to be in the this pack, or even go ballsy and have a 3 ship pack with x wings, y wings, and an Ewing like with S&V. My primary bet is still going to be an Xwing/Ewing with Corran Horn's green xwing to add a little flavor. While more Ywing pilots would be nice, the game is called XWING for a reason =P
edit: I forgot to point out that having cross ship pilots is a good thing, because it can prevent some nonsense with having similar ability pilots being crammed in, like having 2 Corran horn type ships in one list. Now we can have Xwing Tycho, Xwing Corran, and maybe evne Ewing Wedge

It's also good from a future line perspective. Eventually there will be a limit to the ship models, even with all the EU and new EU (and possibly even breaking into Republic/Old Republic and other shenanigans).
Having cross-over pilots allows FFG to breathe new life into the game without needing to find new ships all the time.
I think the tractor beam might find a niche pushing through damage against agility 2 ships with good hull/shields. Hit with the tractor beam and the target's defence has halved. Now focus your cheap and plentiful 2 dice attacks and boom!
It'll be the death of Y-Wings.

OP is correct. Your agility drops by 1 for each token.
Tie Shuttle: Title Bomber Only, 0 points
Your upgrade bar loses a Missile, Torpedo, and Bomb Upgrade icons and gains 2 crew icons. You cannot equip a crew upgrade card that is more than 4 squad points.
Long Range Scanners: Modification 0 pts
You can acquire target locks at range 3 and beyond. You cannot acquire target locks at range 1-2. You can equip card only if you a missile and torpedo in your upgrade bar.
Tie Bomber: Tomax Bren
Once per round after you discard an EPT upgrade card, flip that card face up.
Also the 7 Tie Defender is Maarek Stele Unique. This is the first time we have a named pilot in the same faction. I guess they will FAQ the other maarek too. Looks like the same ability too
