Yes, it is quite good. I usually drop the EU though and just go Integrated Astro.

I used it on Wedge and it was AWESOME!
I haven't tried Integrated Astromech, but in theory, I like Engine Upgrade better because you can dodge arcs more easily, which is the best form of damage mitigation. Also, I flew mine with an Ion Cannon Turret Gold Squadron Pilot, so Wedge had a fantastic time maneuvering around his foes.

Fun with Horn, I presume, when both can troll-tastically roll-boost and then unload...
Horn is faster with 2 bank greens, more unpredictable because he can just roll and then make a white hard turn, not a "predictable green" but wedge gets THREEEEE ACTIOOOONS

Yes, but Horn can regen with R2D2. A 38 pt Wedge is a huge point sink with no way to gain back shields. Poe is 37 pts (VI, R5-P9, AT) and can last much longer than Wedge.

I won a 16 player tournament with
Wedge + PtL and BB8
Jan Ors + TLT and Wired
Jake + PtL, VI, AT, Prockets and Title
Won Brobots (VI, FCS version) twice back to back (both lists were identical) in semis and final.
BB8 giving Wedge stress free TL+ Focus and some repositioning against Soontirs and so on.
Though in next tournament PtL brobots wrecked my Wedge list. It was way harder to play against it when you have adv. sensor focus+evade boosting IG88 instead of single action IG88 against you.
Also Quad TLT Y-wing list demolished me, though it was pretty much expected.
Anyway BB8 Ptl Wedge is so much fun to fly. Add in Jan Ors for Pure damage swing of 2 dice (+1 attack and -1 agi for defender, fully modified). Capable of oneshotting most of the small ships out there from full hull points.
BB-8 really helps Wedge adjust and keep up with more agile ships. It also helps him from being blocked or walking right into the middle of an ambush.
Wedge is a PS 9 and and costs 3 less than Poe. He has one less shield and cannot take the AT upgrade though. PTL or Predator Wedge has less options than Poe, but his ability helps him take down Phantoms, Brobots, and Interceptors.
I find Poe to be more survivable, but more expensive. Wedge is a beast while he lasts though! I full expect to see the return of Biggs next year in competitive play to helps solve these problems.
