I took the Vader (Predator, Title, ATC, EU), Brath (Predator, HLC) and Backstabber to a 9 player tourney and managed to go 1-1-2. Here's the short report.

Round 1

vs 4 Bees (4 with FCS and 1 was also with Tactician. Lost 48-100. Before Brath went down I brought one B to one hull, than there was a fight between Vader (who not acted as should the Dark Lord ) and Backstabber who was great but even that couldn’t help to beat those Bees. I took 2 bees and left one shieldless before Vader was out.

Round 2

vs IG2000C (PTL, AT), Guri (Lone Wolf, AT), Thug (TLT, Unhinged Astromech). Won 100-16. Vader and Brath did their job but Backstabber didn’t make it to the end.

Round 3

vs Whisper (VI, FCS, ACD, RC), Oicunn (Ruthlessness, Vader, Mara, Gunner, Dauntless) . Lost 29-100. This game I made stupid mistake and deployed Vader in wrong direction and don’t know why I haven’t seen this (perhaps I was still happy after previous win) and in second turn Vader left the battle trusting that his wingmen can handle the opposition . Brath and Backstabber tried and even brought Oicunn to 3 or 2 hull (Brath even used his skill and get 3 crits J) but eventually they were destroyed. The most important lesson from this game is to be focused, especially in deploy phase.

Round 4

vs Han (Dash, Gunner, MF title), WSF (HLC, Outrider title, EU). Draw 100-100. My opponent flew with both his ships from corner to corner and I chased him. First exchange and I lost Backstabber but reduced WSF to 1 shield. I need two rounds to finish WSF but Brath has only 2 hull left. Then we dance with Han. Brath goes down, Han is shieldless and start to fly with 1 hard till the game ends. Vader and Han shoot each other to death in the same round . I lost all my hull in last round of shooting.

I ended up seven. Maybe next time I’ll make less mistakes
