nightbeast and chaser can get focuses from other sources for defense and wampa would seem to like marksmanship. thoughts?

It's not bad, but I think you'd be better served by more of a swarm and fewer named pilots. Here are a couple options

The classic, basic Howlswarm. Targeting Computer on Fel because nothing else will fit, but also he can easily drop fully-modified 4-dice attacks which can be devastating.

You have one less ship in this build, but it has a better alpha strike and PS higher than your typical TLT carrier to maybe take one out before it even shoots. You also get a 2-point initiative bid for Fel, or you can upgrade TC back to Stealth Device or something else.
