Does anybody else have loose assault frigate ship tokens? Both of mine have a lot of play in them. While not a huge deal in casual play, it does give their firing arc a bit of play, and when firing arcs come down to the mm, it could make a difference in a tournament setting. Am I alone in this, or is this a known issue?

Mine fit nicely, but a little clarification please. Are you saying they are still loose after you slide the stand bar forward and lock them in place?
Edited by StarbaneDue you mean the ship card? That goes on the base?

Yes, that is correct.
I've not got that problem, nor seen that problem with the Assault Frigate.
It could be you got either a slightly mis-punched set of tokens, OR, your Medium Base is warped in some way...
Suggestion: Stick a VSD Ship token in there to see if its the Cardboard of the AF or the Base... Then, Notify FFG of your issue, they will make it right one way or another ![]()
I've noticed some of my bases (MC30 in particular) can be slid forward and back a few mm. Nothing HUGE but sometimes it's hit/miss by those very mm. Takes a bit of force to move it, so it won't wobble around by normal bumping. I'll check my AF later today.
All my bases are painted primer black. So the base card tend to stick pretty well

Yup, one of the first things I tested. It's the cardboard, not the plastic.
I guess if no one else has noticed their afmk2 tokens being worse than the rest I'll drop FFG a line.
Bluetac them into place?
I'm going to check all my R&V's. I had one I assembled that the slider barely pops out of the other end it's so off center. I don't know if it's the cardboard parts or the plastic parts.
First experience of off center stuff I've had.
