Now that it's been fully spoiled, any progress on the mythical Ghost/Phantom builds?

When the ship was first spoiled, many of us were excited for the 100 point docked fleet, wherein you start the game with only one model on the field.

I have also pointed out previously that the two original Phantom/Ghost pilots that were spoiled were a perfect 60 points for escalation, and also mentioned that adding a Turret would enable both Titles, if any pilots were cheaper than they whom were spoiled (And there are).

Also, both ships are incredibly strong, so I won't be shocked if lists come out that don't use them together, kind of like how there are fleets that use only one Brobot.

Thoughts?

Relevant point-costs:

Ghost

Lolthal Generic -- ?? (Not fully spoiled, I guess)

Chopper -- 37

Kannan -- 38

Hera -- 40

Phantom

Zeb -- 18

Ezra -- 20

Sabine -- 21

Hera -- 22

So, Chopper + Zeb is the least expensive combo we have at 55 (until the Generic, which pretty much implies a TLT option in Escalation), and Hera + Sabine is the most, at 61.

Escalation launch is a-go!

Single-ship 100 requires 39 more points of upgrade to distribute. Let's dance >:D

so for Kanan, I can't see him without recon (or kyle, potentially). With his ability, recon either cancels 2 damage ('potentially' except it's guaranteed to lower the enemy's damage ceiling) or cancels 1 and then has a focus for offense (which pairs nicely with FCS)

on the cheap, Hera (crew) + Erza (crew) combo pretty dang well (also with FCS :P)

Two tlt brings the points remaining to 27. Filling that using 3 crew, a system, an ept, and some torpedo seems plausible. Technically you can go 2x apt and 3x gunner to fill the points but that seems to be just for the sake of filling

I'm interested in seeing what people come up with for this as well.

Sabine crew adding a bomb slot can certainly eat up some points.

Sabine+Proton Bombs+Adv. Proton Torpedoes+Extra Munitions. That's 16 points on munitions alone.

depending on how much the Lothal guy costs, he may be the vessel for this build, but here's the counter-intuitive movement: the cheapest (effective) ghost possible (I think)

Defender-esque K-turning will help keep that one arc on foes, and you give essentially 0 ***** about debris (beware the unlucky crit!)

I think you put Autoblaster Turret on the Ghost. It's so good on that big base. I want Sabine in the shuttle, but I also want crew Sabine to use some mines to counter aces. That's tough. Hera is definitely the Ghost pilot, because her effectiness against swarms will be pretty important for zero agility.

If you decide you want Sabine crew, you probably take PTL Ezra as the shuttle pilot. That gives you something a little resistant to TLTS. Throw Kanan on the shuttle to help out?

Sabine (crew) is your swarm counter

nothing deals with them quite like seismic charges, and they're definitely the only way my TLTs (2 Ks, 1 Y or 1 K, 2 Ys) have been able to beat crackswarm

Do we have any indication if shuttle crew affect the ghost while docked? Is the entire shuttle treated as nonexistent?

If you put Extra Munitions in one torp slot (for the extra bomb), do you use the second torp? Part of me wants to use Ion Torp to make jousting formations more vulnerable, but with that 4 dice primary, it's hard to fire anything else.

It would pretty much be the very last points you spent to get to 100, certainly.

You think Engine Upgrade on Shuttle Sabine is better than Shield Upgrade? She already gets to pre-boost. I know the EU would let you clear stress, then boost if necessary, but 4 hit points is 4 hit points.

We still don't have everything spoiled. Namely that PS3 pilot.

Shuttle doesn't exist while docked.

I like this build for 83, using only the crew that comes with the ship.
