I reserved my Mist Hunter three weeks ago from the local game store. The new article has some cool stuff but those ships are not really my thing.

It actually makes me feel better about skipping the second T-70.

I might try to get the cardboard for Red Ace, but the actual X-wing fix will be proxied and/or loaned until an Aces pack, methinks. Neither of the two droids excites me much, and I've yet to see convincing needs for multiple T-70s as opposed to ace-of-the-day as with E-wings, for instance.

Three TIE F/Os tempt me, though. That fighter is pretty.

Our X-Wing game night is Thursday night. I'm hoping they'll have the new stock in next week when we go to play.

Already have some "preordered" at the FLGS. I did like all the other stuff in the article. The recommendation to watch the movie once before trying to figure out how it will affect the game. The encouragement to get out and demo to draw in new players. Was a good article over-all. I just really, REALLY wanted another decent 1pt Astromech. Oh well.

As for pre-order, also no reason NOT to do it - I have a busy day on Thursday and needed a few other bits (as mentioned in the OP), why not just order it all now and have it ship when ready?

That works as well, however having a birthday two days after said holiday can have its upsides, especially when all you ask for is little plastic spaceships

Cause there are like 3 people at the local game store that buy the place out when the new stuff comes out...and the other game store is so poor at keeping things stocked they only added a K-wing to their inventory last week.

The first preview for the ties convinced me I needed two. Nothing in here has convinced me that I need 3.

I have tickets for the next day at 11:30. And I haven't been able to go to game night for a month, so I'm not missing it next week!

I preordered the T-70 and the TIE/fo at my FLGS yesterday. I might throw in a preorder for the Inquisitor, but those are the two ships I'm really looking forward to.

Going to need 5 total FOs. Hmm...3 blisters or 1 more force awakens and a blister?

I'll still pick up the two blisters next week, but that is only because I am a collector and will not be picking up any more than 1 of each.

But no I won't be doubling up or buying 3 T-70s and 5 FO/s to run a swarm.

I expect I'll pick up 2 of the T-70s. That Integrated Astromech is the main reason, but hopefully the last pilot will warrant it. Probably won't preorder, though.
