Starship weapon hardpoints

Ok have a character looking to upgrade the weapons on the groups transport. Pg 270 says the cost of mods are 10 times personal scale costs. My question is how many harpoints do the weapons have? I hope they dont use the ships hardpoints. Hopefully i am not overlooking anything. Thanks a head of time

This hasn't been covered in any depth for any book, probably let them do a single attachment per weapon system that actually makes sense, one that at least is designed to fit Ranged Heavy weapons minimum, but nothing that does crazy stuff. Your going to have to mostly House Rule it but talk with the players about what's reasonable and what's not.

Thanks for the response. Was figuring it might have to be homebrewed, maybe the new technician book will cover it more.

I've found that the ship pages on Wikipedia are very accurate to the core rules ( at least concerning the HT-2200 in the Force and destiny book). I took the YV-929 stats from the wiki and with slight mods to numbers of existing ships, made a new one.

How are they looking to upgrade them? About the only one I can think a ship-weapon would be eligible for would be Superior Weapon Customization. Most of the others I can think of wouldn't apply because the attachments usually call out what types of weapons they can be used on (melee, edged, pistols, rifles, etc).
