Are you talking about 2014 with that entire statement? That year not a single Dash was entered into the entire tournament, because he wasn't out, yet.

Only one, the US one, has been won with a Dash list and as we all remember that was certainly not the usual Super Dash. Even more interesting a lot of them have been won by Brobots, of which only ~50% had VI. Without VI that is a matchup that does favor Dash. On that basis I would not get the idea that Dash is metawarping at all. He is strong and a part of it, but he is not broken and does not dominate.

Kanan gives him another good build as alternative, but he is unlikely to break Dash since he does have a drawback that is not insignificant with Dash not getting triple actions.
