I'm thinking that the crystal star or new rebellion book might claim that title
While I'm inclined to go with Aftermath as the worst (as in - to date - that's the only Star Wars book I gave up on in the middle), I think Crystal Star was worse by a factor of 10. It wasn't just a bad Star Wars book, it was a bad book in general.

While I'm inclined to go with Aftermath as the worst (as in - to date - that's the only Star Wars book I gave up on in the middle), I think Crystal Star was worse by a factor of 10. It wasn't just a bad Star Wars book, it was a bad book in general.
I finished Crystal Star despite how painful it was. I couldn't finish Planet of Twilight.

IMO the worst Star Wars novels by far were the Lando Calrissian Adventures. I never understood why authors have so much trouble writing a decent Lando story. The Adventures were some horrible hybrid of Indiana Jones and Maverick in the Stars, and I still believe that the Battle of Tanaab was based off a rejected Home Alone in Space script. The recent comic was ok until they decided to ramp up the absurdity by making the target belong to you-know-who

Unless either of those ended with admiral dalaa as the elected head of the Galactic Alliance, they aren't that bad.

Voldemort? That's a twist I wasn't expecting.
The comic is about Lando and team stealing Palpatine's private yacht! I see no reason in the story that the yacht needed to be Palpatine's rather then some random planetary govenor or really rich person either other then them trying to make it more epic and extreme needlessly
So then pretty much Voldemort.
I would like a Corporate sector book much more then a mandorian book. Mandorlians are Mercs with a healthy dollop of honour and a clan system much like the Mongolians. Every one of their clan leaders is advised by elders and is essentially the final word on any matter and the dictator of that clan's agenda. To me that sounds more like a hired gun specialisation or a character mentality then something needing a entire book, kind of something I would expect to have been covered in nexus of the force in relation to Malacore 4. It's just a matter of the player and DM hammering out the kinks.
The corporate sector meanwhile sounds exciting; instead of the empire major cooperation are the major power players here, and I could imagine entire book being dedicated to because there's a lot of subject matter to pile through.
