There seem to be two basic tenets, with many facets, in this game, one is speed and activation's. I envisaged this list as a Rebel recon group, dropping in system to scout and hit and run on superior fleets.

you're not really getting much out of Akbar
MM would go a far longer way
not to mention ECM is fairly redundant with 4 tokens, barring horrible luck. Foresight is pretty great, instead
