So, instead of thread necro to raise up the old one (located here) I decided to start a new topic to cover the campaign now that it's actually going.
I'm going to be trying to build the campaign through the written modules, and weaving the story through some of my own for filler. I'm writing the session logs as short stories as I go, which I thought some of the community might like since it will show how I react to events in the published adventures that others may run into. Kind of an opportunity for you all to get ideas of situations that might not necessarily be planned for in the published campaign and how to ad-hoc resolutions for it.
The background of the universe is a little different (as described in the link to the old forum post above) but the short version is that Naboo isn't a thing - Alderaan is where Amidala grew up, and Bail Organa is her brother. Most of the changes are all chronicled in the "What if Episode # Were Good?" videos Belated Media puts out (likewise linked in the post above). Additionally, the PC's played Knight level characters through adventures written off of the movies, and those characters will serve as story points and Macguffins in the later plot. These are written as "scripts" of the movie, in the same format as the original movies, and include the PC's interactions.
