EI and Mines, and cluster mine clarification

Hopefully two straight forward questions.

Can i used experimental interface to drop a mine (Or a Bomb card that have the word Action in the header)

Secondly, if i roll two critical results after maneuvering over one of the tokens, no damage is suffered correct?

For Cluster Mines specifically, yes. Proximity Mines are different in this respect.

Open explosion symbols are NOT the same as filled explosion symbols. If something tells you to look for one but not the other then you just ignore the other.
