I've a question about this expansion (box and miniatures): When do you expect launch this box? just to know about Christmas gift ?

Hard to say. It's been "on the boat" (from China to the US) since a bit more than 4 weeks. Usually it takes products 3-6 weeks from the status change to "on the boat" to the status "shipping" which indicates that it's enrout to retailers. From then on it should take only about 1 week to appear in stores.

So to sum it up, it could still take 3 weeks from now to appear in stores in the US (longer for Europe). But keep pestering your game store. The box could be there soon.

So, if I'm lucky, I've box and miniatures under the christmas tree... If not, will be another empty box (twin shadows ) just with a voucher (not "a night with Joey" , but "Hoth and miniatures as soon as possible")

The key on the upcoming page says it takes 3-6 weeks for "On the Boat". Speaking from long experience with X-Wing waves, it is almost always 8+ weeks.

My guess is they really wanted to rush the expansion out for christmas, hence why we were getting previews so quick. However, something came up (or it was just not possible) and that plan was cancelled.... again hence why the previews have stopped.

Evidence: For one or two weeks we got 2 previews, this week we got 0.

X-wing had no previews for several weeks and now we have had 3 (2 Gozanti cruisers and Ghost). I think they are just staggering it through all of their product lines

The timing is irrelevant, but does make for a humerous juxtaposition between Star Wars and the new Disney parody coming out.

It would be nice to get the Hoth set in time to put it under the tree.
