It's in the title. Is the Exterminator Cartridge a one-use only item that then needs to be acquired again, or can it be reloaded like any weapon (providing you have fuel on hand)?

I run my group with them being refillable outside of combat (of course, I made a pay scale and introduced Gelt back into my campaign, leaving Requisition tests to 'you use your authoritah to make them give you things' as opposed to paying for them). Unlike the Auxillary Grenade Launcher, it does not say you have to make a new Requisition test for new rounds.
