Is this the icon on a huge ship card? If so, it would be the Jam action icon.

For reference, the actual action is as follows

"Jam: To perform the Jam action, a huge ship chooses one enemy ship at Range 1-2 and assigns stress tokens until the ship has 2 total stress tokens."

Ahh. Didn't think to think about huge ship actions.
