Should there be world books? A forge world book, shrine world book, feral, feudal,....? What would you want in it? Specific worlds? Elite advances specific to those world, equipment, skills?

A little of everything you mentionned.

Maybe not skills, or at least, not skills that you must be from this world to acquire.

Maybe veteran abilities like in one of Only war supplements.More gear, more specific worlds and more advances would be nice.

I want more campaign books ...

I'd also like to see the Askellon Inquisition fleshed out, it feels very lacking info compared to 1E. Pretty difficult as a GM when you have to invent everything for political intrigue games on your own, and those are already tough to run.

Actually, Askellon's Inquisition is way closer to what Inquisition looks like normally in the Imperium: nothing except a few badasses that roam the stars.

Even if I liked a lot the organised way of Calixis' Inquisition, I prefer the way askellon portrayed it.

I don't think a 'World book' for each version would be good; that's a lot of books with only so much to cover; I'd prefer some kind of Worlds Book/Gazetteer; have every Home World in it with a few examples like those from Enemies Within and Enemies Without; give more options to trade out your Home World bonus. On top of that, perhaps throw in descriptions of how each planet is categorized, and maybe some tables on how to make up your own planets.

I'd also be interested if they mixed in voidships/Warp travel in said book, just make it a 'Setting of the Adventure' book. I mean, Voidship/Station of some sort or planet are the two places almost all roleplay will take place in.

I always liked the Spy Vs Spy aspect of DH1e and Eisenhorn/Ravenor. I like the lone agent and their retinue aspect to, but I'd like a happy medium.

A book with two examples of each world would be nice. Some plot hooks, areas of interest, description, notable figures, economy, threats; maybe a few xeno worlds too. Also a set of world generator tables would be sweet. I still sort of miss the random character generator of 1e.

They didn't do that for DH1 for good reason: I don't think many people would buy it. What they might do, however, is release something like Disciples of the Dark Gods or the Inquisitor's Handbook - which were chock full of general information on cults/companies/xenos/daemons for the former, and world types/equipment for the latter. That would make them attractive to a wider audience, rather than a select few who want hyper-detailed descriptions of Aventine.

You can still randomly generate a character in DH2, I've done it and the results can be interesting. The CRB gives directions on rolling for Homeworlds with 1d100, which I mirrored to Backgrounds as well. Then I rolled 1d10 for Roles - however, I only have the CRB and Enemies Within, so that isn't updated for Enemies Without. I ended up with a Hive World/Administratum/Penitent named Rhaban.
