So here it is..

Super reliable damage, vader has auto crit and predator/focus dice. Vessery has 4 tl/focus dice, and Colzet has 2 auto hit dice. Plus the ability to flip hits to crits.

However, the entire list relies on 3 unreliable green dice.

Thoughts? I think it will be a pretty fun list.

If I had to play against your list, Vessery would be my first priority target.

You would have crippled my squad by then or had to rely on an engineless Vader to carry you through.

Something that would balance out your list some more:

-hlc

+stealth device on vessery

+engine upgrade on vader

That way vessery still does the most constistent damage, but can still play more defensivly with focus plus 4 greens, while Vader is more threatening.
