Something the rebels do well.......

One Of those things rebels are good at is support ship builds. This was true in wave one and even more so now.

Do people have favourite builds ?

I've got three ships I like to add in.....

Leia's delight (63 points)

CR90a, leia organa, projection expert,redundant shields, jaina's light.

This gives you 12 shields to transfer over six rounds (only one left on the ship though). The option to change a ships dial each round (to engineering generally) and a ship that can hide behind the gun line and still shoot to max effect.

Raymus run around (68)

CR90a, Raymus Antilles,projection expert,redundant shields,Tantive iv.

Gives you two shields (only one shield left on ship at the end) and an engineering token per round to transfer, also gives option to transfer two other tokens when not transferring shields.

Redeeming Raymus (72)

Neb b support refit, Raymus Antilles, projection expert,redemption.

Gives you the 12 shields to transfer and allows you to keep full shields on the neb (6 engineering per round), gives every other ship one more engineering and fights like a neb.....

I like these as they provide something the imps can't have......

I've used Raymus + Tantive IV to great effect, it's his ship, should be a good combo. Almost a mini Garm.

Jania's Light is a fantastic upgrade, never thought of using it to hide behind another ship while transferring shields. Little too situational though, blocking one die isn't that helpful when they're throwing six at the poor CR90.

When hiding behind another ship it's not just the blocking a single die, it's also about using the medium large ship gun line as a physical barrier to keep them at range, they can shoot at the CR90 all day long if it's only with a couple of red dice.
