Both of these seem good in the meta to me. The Meta full of Y-Wings, Brobots, rebel and imperial swarm. Not so great against Palp 2 aces and stress though..... Any opinions?

if you're running a phantom you want initiative to fire first then cloak. so 98-99 if your jam.

Put VI on Howl so she shoots first against pesky rebel captives etc. That get's rid of your soft initiative bid (unless you downgrade to Academies) but will preserve Whispers ACD on high priority targets. Also run Howl not a bunch of crack shots. You'll get more mileage out of the rerolls.
