Omega Leader : "Enemy ships that you have locked cannot modify any dice when attacking you or defending against your attacks."

Juke : "When attacking, if you have an evade token, you may change 1 of the defender's evade results into a focus result."

I am not sure but can Omega Leader modify the defenders dice using Juke?

I think he can but I not 100% sure and would like to know what others think.

Yes he can, Omega Leader only restricts "Enemy ships". He is not an enemy to him self.

[Edit - I had to look up Omega Leader as the phrase "ships that you have locked" seemd a bit odd. But if Google image search is to be trusted that is indeed the wording. Mabye they ran out of space on the card to use the correct term "Target Lock"]

With Juke and Comm Relay it makes him a nice little ace that can be really annoying, I will have to try him out sometime.
