I'm thinking about fielding this list for a small local tournament :

Poe Dameron : R5-P9 + VI + AT (37)

Dash Rendar : Mangler canon + Recon Specialist + Outrider (48)

Prototype Pilote : Chardaan refit (15)

I really like Dash in this configuration (I usually add predator as EPT, but I wanted the points to trade a Z-95 for an A-Wing) and Poe is just great like this.

I also wanted an A-Wing that could be useful to block, or just be ultra annoying !

Would that list be competitive ?

The one suggestion I'd make is to swap recon on dash for predator. It makes him harder to ignore, which in turn helps out Poe.

Leebo is made to resist in this build and poe is here in case of Soontir and/or Vader without VI, and the A-Wing is here just to annoy !

I think this is competitive. It is similar to what Im considering as my next tourney build. I prefer my 48 point dash with

VI, hlc and chewbacca crew

But with your last Dash build you can't use HLC as turret, that's not very usefull with Dash.
