Okay i have a few questions, we are just starting to play and i have all the books.

1. How do i explain Duty, Obligation, and Morality to my players.

2. Looking in the Rule books, how does this work. The higher you Duty or Obligation, say 30, the more likely it comes up right. Say it is 30, i roll percentile dice at the start and if i get below 30 then it comes up in a game?
