Ptl phantom is a gimmick (vi + whisper is far more consistent and flexible)
The nonbounty hunter imp spray is in a bad place
Dark curse needs no upgrades

List looks pretty cool to me, i think you'll get a little more mileage moving to Whisper + VI + FCS + ACD instead of that Echo. You'll probably come against a PS 9 Soontir or Vader, and wish you could either move second or shoot first, unless you are feeling pretty confident with Whisper.
ALSO, without Advanced Sensors, if Echo uses PTL, you won't be able to use use the free Cloak from ACD since you will be stressed.
Besides that, Krassis is pretty solid, and Dark Curse is always good.
