So my ISD came with two ID tokens for the number 10. Both were white. Shouldn't one be white, and the other black, so opposing players can use them? Is everyone's printed like this?

I do. I glue the numbers to each model, as the people I play with aren't star wars fans and sometimes need the numbers to help identify which ship is which.
So if you bought 4 ISD's you would have them all #10? 
Just checked the tokens from my ISD's and both ot them came with 2 white tokens instead of 1 white 1 black
So shipment wide misprint?

Label them all #10, load one up with ridiculous goodies, leave the rest naked. That way when you attack with any of them, you get all the goodies from the best one.

Well you can't blame them, they really had to rush things getting this wave to us in a timely fashion, I mean we barely got our hands on wave 1.
Yeah, This bothered me a lot as well. Maybe next wave will come with a ship that has two black 10s.
Granted there is no reason I can think of outside of a 1,000 point CR90 swarm where I would need a number 10 but dammit, If I have one I need one of each color!
It seems to be an issue with every ISD. Wave 2 finally came in to the local store yesterday and my star destroyers had that same misprint.
I think someone handled my ISD. Plastic bags looked beat up and the cards were a bit flexed.
And I have 2 white 10's. Haha
