Alternately drop the tactician for an initiative bid.

My idea being that the Bounty Hunter is annoying to deal with and having tactician can't be ignored without consequences. Combined with Rebel Captive on Whisper you are dissuading the enemy from going after your main threat which is definitely the Phantom. Wasn't sure how to spend the remaining points so went for a fun economical ship in Omega with PTL.

Im pretty sure your collection has all the needed upgrades.

Not optimal due to lack of autothustersmaking the Interceptor more vulnerable than he could be and no initiative bid but Whisper is still a big hitter and Carnor is an excellent pilot that your opponent will hate. 2 cheap blockers to round off.
