I will wager my 2015 North American trophy for them in a friendly game of xwing if it can be arranged in person.
If you have world's dice
Why would someone want a trophy they didn't win?

That's a quote from Starship Troopers right there.

Yep. Was thinking of selling my regional and decided until those are gone to post. They were at $400 when I saw them though.
Those ugly brown and gray ones? Ew.

Didn't want them anyway.
Bluff the contessa
And still, nobody's posted a picture of the sodding things..!
From the ebay page:

I want to get a set of gold plated attack dice and chrome plated defense dice. Casual games only but man that would be sick looking.
Got myself metal orange tinted attack dice.
Because EPIC is the word.
I really hope they don't sell for that high of a price might get people into the mind set of WAAC since u could potentially make 400-500 just by selling the dice. I think it could be bad for the relaxed tornament play.

For C-3PO before and after feeling?
I'm disappointed cause I couldn't make worlds this year due to a new job, now I'm missing a dice set. You have no idea how much this upsets me ![]()
Maybe its cause im extremely color blind and the current red green dice are a spectrum i cant see....but these dice look great to me

Yes, the prospect of spending over twice that much, depending where you're traveling from, to maybe beat out ~300 people to maybe make half your money back is surely going to damage the game. ![]()

I'm willing to bet half the people who went maybe spend 300-400 to go yea the people who would have to fly over from across the ocean would pay more. And no it wouldnt hurt the game it self just the attitude and the fly casual setting xwing is. When prize support starts to sell for a large amount even potentially enough to pay for your time and expences to go there people will start taking it a lot more serious. And most will not take it in a good way.
