when you draw a hypnos card at the beginning of the turn there is a clue spawning and for the encounters at that location you can draw 2 cards . my question is if the clue and the fact that you can draw 2 cards ends at the end of the mythos phase or will the clue stay there till the end of the game (or till someone picks it up ofc) and can you keep drawing 2 cards at the location or is the clue removed from the board again?

The clue remains, but the ability to draw an extra card expires at the end of the turn.

Essentially, adding a clue is a one-time deal each round, and at any given time there will be one location where you can draw an extra encounter.

Also, it doesn't say this anywhere, but when you run out of Hypnos cards (26), you're supposed to shuffle them and start again.
