So my players and myself spend more of our sessions in good roleplaying and character combats. Since we don't spend as much time in starship or vehicle scenes I was wondering if anyone created tools to simplify all the options and possibilities for combats in them?

You're assuming all I would do, or that Sneakersnsuits would request, is a straight conversion to PDF. Their is a lot of layout and functionality that can been added to PDFs if you know how to do so.

Sneakersuits I can do a simple PDF conversion and post it online if you need assistance. I don't have any fancy PDF editor abilities I would just convert the .doc to .pdf and upload to the site in my signature.

letting others know what is out there is helpful to everyone. Layout can be done in any program that a user knows how to use.
