Is there anywhere I can find the rule text for the cards in the game all in one place. I am often thinking about builds and would like to find a card that might fit and would love a place to just search a keyword like 'barrel roll' to find any card that references a barrel roll. I haven't been able to find anything like this on the web or by searching these forums.

There's an X-wing wiki. Have a look at that. Some folks use a squad builder, but these can be notoriously unreliable.

To be honest, so can the Wiki. They all tend to use the preview art so the wording can change. But either the wiki or one of the squad builders is a good place to start.

Also there's a X-Wing companion app for Androids on the Play store. It's updated from time to time so it's going to be at least as accurate as the wiki or a builder is.

For keyword searching of rules text, you might be able to extract the data files used by one of the online squad builders, but I don' t know that any of them include that feature already.

For the wiki, it eould be a lot of pulling the text together manually. I am trying to avoid that if I can. For the squad builders, ive explored some of the dource code, but havent found one yet that includes everything in a way I can parse.

Not immediately machine parseable but can be with some light editing. For manual searching it should be sufficient.

Alright, here's my first run through. Might be useful if someone else took a look to make no wires got crossed when I parsed and edited.
