In this case they've provided 3 different dates on the order. That's frustrating. But past that, they've left stuff at the bottom of the driveway and not brought it to the house. Expensive stuff like computer components left in the open and occasionally rained on.
I don't experience the same service with UPS. They typically will give you a worst case delivery date and then come a day or two early. And they're not dumb about where they leave your packages.

Well that certainly sounds pretty rubbish! I expect to be given a specific day for a delivery to arrive, not a range, and for it to arrive on that day. I don't have the problem with where they leave things as I always get them delivered to the office where Reception accepts them.

Jeez - looking at Element Games' website apparently they have R&V in stock but aren't expecting the rest until Tuesday! What's that about?!
