Just got a defender and was playing with this as a build. Trying to get thoughts on making it better or if something else would work better.

The Engine Upgrade on the Defender is not necessary. You'll be wanting to focus as much as possible with Rexlar.

If you've got access to a Punisher, put a TIE Mk II on Rexlar instead.

That will allow you to add a Gunner to Krassis, giving you more bang for your buck.

Another option:

Krassis (Heavy Laser Cannon, Recon Specialist, Seismic Charge, Shield Upgrade)

Rexler (Predator, Heavy Laser Cannon, Twin Ion Engine Mk. II)

Also, Outmaneuver is really nice on Defenders.
