Did anyone else order templates from Greenman Designs? I put in an order a month ago and still haven't gotten anything other than a vague email about general delays with no update since then.

Yeah, I put in an order a few months ago, and it took over a month for them to show up. They did finally show up, and they're a great product, but the lack of communication and long delay was frustrating.

I ordered from the German guy, instead. His takes a month for shipping from Germany, but great communication. Also, his stuff was ready before Greenman had his kickstarter.

Josh at Greenman is still trying to get the final pieces of his Kickstarter out the door right now, so everything else has slowed down. He was expecting 150 backers, and ended up with almost 700, so he was a bit of a victim of his own success. From what I understand, shipping for the KS has picked up a lot, so he should be done and back to normal operations soon.

I can appreciate that, I just wish he didn't take my order until he was ready.

I really like their templates and wish I had backed the kickstarter but seems it will be awhile before rest of us can get them.

I ordered from Greenman before he started the Kickstarter and it took a month to arrive.

I really like his token designs, and felt they were worth the wait.

I bought an acrylic set from an Australian company and I got them two days later. I got an email minutes after placing the order confirming the order, and another one the moment they had been dispatched. Brilliant service.

According to the last update, he's 50% shipped and 85-ish% manufactured.

Ditto on still waiting. I got custom image ship marker tokens along with everything else. I can't wait to get them. I hope the image worked.

I do agree that Greenman should be sending out a few more e-mail updates to his non-KS customers.

I get emails every time he posts updates and check the comments section regularly for additional news. Communication from him has gotten much better in the last month, but it was almost nonexistent before that. Extending past the original deadline was expected with the popularity. The promise that everything would be done by the end of October got a lot of hopes up. I'm holding out hope I'll have my stuff by Christmas now that it seems to be actually shipping to people, but won't believe it until I see it.

Would someone that didn't follow kickstarter, looking up his webpage and placing an order, immediately know anything about the kickstarter? I don't think so. (his webpage is down right now as I tried to load it to doublecheck).

I had not received my templates for 31 days before I emailed. They showed up about two days later and while I love them and the quality (plastic wrap packing aside) I am wary to order from someone who says 2 weeks but it ends up being 5.

Kickstart issues or no the templates were meant as prizes for our local monthly event and they were over a week late.

I didn't order off the Kickstarter or know it existed so I wouldn't know the check there. The Facebook page and website have no up to date info on delayed orders.
