I had gotten out of X-Wing altogether, and hadn't planned on getting back in, but Miniature Market having Force Awakens starters for $18 each was too tempting. I'll probably just play with my son, and so I thought, now is a good time to just collect what is or will be in the new trilogy.
So, from what's out now, obviously the Force Awakens tie's and X-wings, and probably the Falcon, are there any other existing models that we know of that will be in the upcoming trilogy?
Nothing as yet confirmed other than the separate blister expansions of the T70 and the FO. We will certainly see soon of there are other currently released ships in the film, and there will almost certainly be another major release featuring TFA content after the film.

I hope the blister packs for the new ships have some pilot cards for actual named pilots, maybe the ones we're seeing in TV commercials now...
I think the T-70 x-wing expansion will maybe feature the other known Resistance pilot, Ello Asty.

I think the lady on the left and the dude on the right are wearing the Resistance equivalent of the Endor "uniforms", Leia is in the middle, and there's some Mon Cal for some reason or other, so I'm not sure you can/should say that.

Never underestimate (a) the likelihood that an actual ship will look better than the Lego version, and (b) even if it doesn't, FFG has an uncanny ability to make aesthetically challenged ships look decent (c.f. K-Wing)

The only ship that they've fixed that was anywhere near stupid-looking was the Mist Hunter. K-wing has always looked neat and there's minimal differences between the model and art.
It's a shame there is nothing that could be done to make the E-wing look good..
