What the title says.

Horton Salm without title seems to be a good choice for a moderately priced addition to a list. With title he would have stress bot of course. But without BTL should he have an astro?

I was thinking of one of the regen bots, with r5-p9 being a point cheaper and working better with limited greens. R5-d8 might work as well, though it uses a non-focus action and y-wings have more hull than shields.

Thoughts?

R2-D6 for giving him VI is pretty cool. Not sure about the regen bots, the tend to work better on ships that have high agility or good repositioning, both of which are not really a strong points of the Y-Wing. R2 Astro also is a consideration if people play a lot of stress giving around you.

I think R2-D6 is the best choice for him.

With VI and EU you can control the range for TLT shots and move out of arc, even from Aces

Dodging arcs sounds better than regen any day. Looks like that might be how I build him then.

I have ran him with marksmenship however he becomes a huge target and is usally blasted away by the second or third round of combat if im lucky so i have building different list to take the heat off of him but i think vi and eu will be the way to go

I run him with either R5-P9 for the Regen or R2-D6 to put "Marksmanship" on... A bit expensive, but it does make him quite good at hunting Aces or even just things with the annoying 3 green dice and multiple tokens like Brobot lists... That or just the TLT, as you said, good and fairly cheap...
