I believe the bomb upgrade is actually on the Attack Shuttle, not the Ghost. No bombs visible on the Ghost, so unless another upgrade gives access to them. Believe in the announcement article it mentions a turret crew and bomb on the Shuttle.

Current theory is that the Sabine crew adds or converts a bomb slot onto the bar.
