So we finally got a new x-wing post. For those of you that play epic this is huge (Ships hehe.) Anyway this will really shake up epic in a big way and with 4 Epic ships out I'm sure this will do nothing but help grow an emerging, fun, way to play our beloved X-wing. Drool buckets are emptied on the hour.

As someone who has never had the experience playing with huge ships, a lot of these upgrades are like reading a foreign language.

But I'm certainly interested in getting one in the future. Probably the GR-75 (Which ironically is the only one that can't use any of these upgrades).

That Ordnance Tubes card is nice, real nice. Unlimited torpedoes and missiles!

Interesting (and a bit disappointing, for those of us who don't own 12 of everything) that Docking Clamps limits you to all the same type of ship. That means I can run a full complement of only TIE Fighters ... I'd have to buy another Interceptor, another Advanced or three more Bombers to carry a full load of anything else.

The Gozanti is the only likely release before Christmas, and they always preview Epic cards separately from dogfight stuff. So this was expected, and not unwelcome. But I agree, I need to know what those TIE Fighters do...

I don't know enough about epic firing at a to judge the value of unlimited ordinance. Is that useful?

But think about it, you'll be dropping Soontir and Jax right on their doorstep, after all small and large ships have moved.

Ohmygod, the Gozanti just changed epic!

The three specialization upgrades all look incredible, with ordnance tubes alone blowing my mind! This will be my firsst day-one purchase, i am stoked that epic has got this kind of treatment.

Boost for Huge Ships!

Plus side: A gozanti, packing ion torpedoes, carrying vader and three ac advances will be my very first us of this ship. I'm all a-quiver!

Down side: Chirpy looks like a business-to-business insurance salesman!

Add in the Engine Booster for a double boost, the Chireneau a crushing one. Straight through the enemy.

These are exciting upgrades! The upgrade combos are starting to get nasty and vicious for the epic ships. I like it! Those huge ships are more scary now with potentially unlimited assault missiles or ion torpedoes? Ion torpedo those 3 bombers over there. they move one forward. I run over them next turn with my huge ship boost! muahahahaha

So Imperial huge ships can have boost that allows them to ram things. That is amazing and frightening and oh my god I want to try it!

Huge ships already had a boost upgrade before the Chiraneau card. But now they can double boost!
