In the SCIV preview spoiler we were given the reminder to sign up for the prerelease by this Friday... but um... the Prerelease details mention November 13th... so which is it?

Dealine for prerelease November or October?
I asked Hata just now. He noticed, and said:
"yeah the deadline that is this friday is the signup for the store championship not the pre-release"
I'm assuming he meant to remind us of the deadline for the store championships approaching and wrote the wrong thing for the deadline.
As of now:
Deadline for Store Championships: October 23, 2009 (this Friday)
Deadline for SCIV02 Prerelease: November 13, 2009
