I guess the question is straightforward enough, can a ship equipped with navigator turn its dial onto a zero stop maneuver or off of it with navigator's ability? It does say the same bearing is required, but I am not sure if a speed zero maneuver counts for anything here... I am imagining that perhaps it would be the 'same bearing' as a straight maneuver because in all the quick maneuver references the stop maneuver is in line with the rest of the straight maneuvers.

There any consensus on this?
