Manufacturors don't really do holiday sales, and we've got a bit more than a week before Holiday sales typically start among retailers (Possibly more, if you're lucky enough to live somewhere Black Friday doesn't exist).

While for the most part I agree with this sentiment, I find it interesting that Merchants of Venus (board game) is on sale, and it was released just a few months ago - hardly old inventory. Apparently sales did not go well. It is marked down from $79.95 to $25.
