If I have a black squadron tie with draw their fire flying beside Rhymer, and bossk hits Rhymer with 2 hits and a crit can the tie take the crit before bossk ability?

From the FAQ:

Bossk
When a ship is hit by Bossk’s attack, Bossk
may cancel a <crit> result to add 2 <hit> results
before Draw Their Fire or Xizor’s ability can
be used.
