It's just a ridiculous amount of HP and guns!
I have been flying Han and 2 B's and it hasn't done the job.
How have you guys managed it?

Dash, whisper and Fel all do some work on 4BZ.
haha didn't go well last night then?
You need some arc dodgers for sure, I know you like to stick with Rebels so some A wings (Green or Jake) supporting a Dash could be a real problem for the Bs, get them split up and not all focussed on one target.
Throw enough red dice at them and dodge arcs. Don't go head on, and don't be predictable.

You would be correct mate!
I'm gonna stick with Han (because people hate him) but after chatting with Ollie and James I'm putting EU on him and when I get a 3PO card that'll go on too.
4 scum unhinged TLT..
I have a hard time against Dash every time I play my BBBBZ.
Arc dodgers is hard for the Bs.
Don't joust Bs - that is the way to lose!
Edited by Nikolishin4 tie advanced with with night beast. tie advanced have accuracy corrector and of course title cards...
4 scum unhinged TLT..
+ title to joust
Any other Rebel lists?
If you're talking strictly Rebel...
Han with two TLT Y-Wings would do the trick, and cost about the same.
One of my favourite ships to use against B-Wings and Y-Wings is the Wild Space Fringer with HLC and Recon Specialist. It's a pretty solid 40 points and can make some unexpected manoeuvres. The other 60 points can be a lot of things, from 5 Headhunters to another Large ship to an alphabet soup. Depends on preferences.
Thanks guys, this may be just me but isn't having Han and then two TLT's a little.....spammy?
Do I want to be that guy?
Edited by BCooper85To be fair, you aren't really that good
I mean, even I can beat Kevin.
Maybe - 3x PS4 Dagger Bwing, Heavy Laser Cannon, Fire Control System - 99 pts.
PS4 fires first and HLC at range 3 will be more effective than a regular B. Good chance to melt one Bwing down in the first engagement.

If I could like this more I would.

Also I would like to point out I have beaten Kevin, it's just that this list is BS!
Don't joust and as said above dodge some arcs.
Even mid range ps aces will outfly them.

EU will be the key --- taking fewer shots and at longer ranges will allow Han to last long enough to start to significant decrease the opposing list's firepower past the tipping point.
Arc dodging aces is probably the best way to go.
Or, if you're feeling a bit lazy, you could try a more document jousting list -- an 8 TIE or Z swarm or 4 BTL TLT Y-Wings, for example; but then you're relying a bit more on luck than is ideal.
High mobility and PS beats BBBBZ. You don't even have any turrets to worry about here. Make sure no more than one of the Bs can fire on any given ship at a time and you should be fine. Agility 1 ships drop quickly under focus fire. Here is a rebel list I ran about two months ago that faced BBBBZ twice and never lost a ship in both victories.
Poe+BB-8+PTL+AT
Miranda+TLT+EM+Proxy Mines+Adv SLAM
Lt Blount+Ion Pulse Missile (or Green+PTL w/CR)
Poe can take three actions with no stress, Miranda drops bombs and swoops out (and TLT ruins a B-wing's day)
Blount can cause formation problems early with his missile, but use him quick because he dies fast)
Thanks guys, this may be just me but isn't having Han and then two TLT's a little.....spammy?

I wouldn't worry about that - you only really become 'that guy' by taking four of the TLT Y's. Or maybe HanJake (Personal grudges? Me? Naaah).
BBBBZ is a tough beast, but it's very much a brick o'death - it wants to joust you, because it is horrendously effective in a head on fight. You mustn't oblige. The B-rick is about as manoeuvrable as a shopping trolley, so use that to your advantage. Force them to go through asteroid fields to get to you, and try to stay at long range (Han with Boost on his side will be very good at that), as it benefits you far more than them, only swooping into range 1 when you can be assured the kill shot.
Better yet, dodge their arcs altogether (Han with Boost will be pretty good at that, too). This forces them to either try to follow you, at which they will fail (because, as discussed, shopping trolley), or to split up to cover a wider area with arcs, in which case you've got them, because you can pick off one B at a time far more easily.
The Z, meanwhile, is likely to just try to block you, but Han with Engine can easily do laps of the board without ever being troubled by Z-95 roadkill-to-be. If it gets isolated from the B's, pounce on it and wipe it out, as it's likely to not survive long against concentrated fire.
I should point out that I've not faced the exact list before myself, but I have played against 2/3 B's quite regularly so the principles remain the same.
So, in summary: exploit the B's limited dial, force them to split the brick formation up with rocks, take long range shots, and dodge those arcs like a Han possessed.
BB-8 + PTL Poe is absolute troll for poor generics to face ![]()
Miranda, however, would be far more effective with bombs (dat high PS) and c3po to piss your opponent off. Otherwise, she just carries hard against generics
I need to learn to fight them when I take All Purpose lists.

I agree with your thoughts on Miranda. My list has two Proxy Mines on her. If you know you're going to a high B-wing meta tournament, replace them with Proton Bombs. Those crits and ruin a B-wings day!

AS+Engine+PTL Horn whacks out such shenanigans that Poe just seems a pretty nice guy
