Certainly, we would like them in the game, ¿wouldn't we?

And the A-9 Vigilance interceptor for the Alliance... and the R-60 T-wing Interceptor , and R-41 Starchaser ... (this, for the Scum & Villainy faction, too).

And another medium ships for the Empire, such as the Gamma Class ATR-6 Assault shuttle ?

Or medium and large ships for the Rebel Alliance, like Lando Calrissian's Lady Luck yacht and a Mon Cal corvette ?

Or a large ship for the Scum & Villainy faction, such as Talon Karrde's Wild Karrde Action VI modified transport ?

The ships from Star Wars Rebels which are arriving now are good enough, sure, but why not bringing these other greater fighters and ships in the game, kwnown to the fans from 20 years ago? Surely, a lot of as would buy them without a doubt if they got to appear in the game in the next waves...

Keep watching rebels. A ship of the same model as the Lady Luck was in a recent episode, increasing the chance we will see it for Scum one day.

Any new ships should probably be single faction only, but I could see the T-wing going for rebel and scum. Starchaser for scum only thought.

It all depends on what 'roles' any new ships will fill and if there are any holes in the current line up. The state on any of these ships may be very different from what is expected, for gameplay reasons.

Lets face it, we have the Punisher, which is cool and actually looks like an evolution of the TIE Bomber rather than a...thing. The Scimitar doesn't really have a place for now, unlike the Gunboat, that definitly could find its nieche.

I love the TIE Bomber (perhaps too much) and the Punisher has found a place in my heart as well. I would love to see a Shuttle/Boarding Craft title (or new model!) but I doubt we will ever see either.

The Scimitar Assault Bomber looks more like an evolution of the TIE/gt than owing any lineage to the /sa.

Yep, Rebels is probably the best hope now for more EU stuff. Like the freshly-canonified Interdictor, or the Scurrg, or Lady Luck as GrimmyV points out.

TIE Avenger and Assault Gunboat first.

I consider TIE Hunter and Missile Boat and Scimitar Bomber fans as allies, but the Avenger and Assault Gunboat must come first. Assault Gunboat should come with discounted munitions and the ability to fire multiple missiles a round. If it gets a cannon slot it should be limited to cannons that cost 3 or less that way you can't just run HLC or Mangler on it and ignore munitions, but still allows for tractor beams and ion and flechette cannons.

T-Wing would be cool for rebels.

Plus the YT-2000, of course. But for who?

I hope we never see the assault gunboat, avenger, or scimitar bomber.

I prefer the missileboat if we have to have one of the two.

Avenger should just be a title. There is nothing it does that can't be covered by the models we have (title to add tractor beams is fine).

Scimitar bomber is just ugly.

I'd rather see Tie Predator, droid, or Hunter any day.

X1 title sort of simulates the Avenger, with he system slot, and especially the ATC. Just slap EU on it and you got an Avenger!

YT-2000 should be scum since they only have one pancake PWT coming, and that one looks like a toilet seat. Of course the YT-2000 looks more like a 'bowling pin' than the Scimitar...

And there are an almost endless number of suitable Scum ships in the lore. Any ship that COULD be Rebel, probably SHOULD be Rebel, because, surprisingly, they have the fewest ship types of all in the EU.

Luke and General Dodona's son flew a pencil with wedges (not related to Antilles) glued to the aft in the old Al Williamson comic. It looked very 'bowling pin' so I'm sure everyone will object to that as well. But it was a rebel starfighter, with crew slot and astromech. 2 att for sure, but it had a strange modification upgrade that allowed it to shoot through shields, even capital ship shields as tough as the Executor. I wouldn't mind seeing that. Anyone one here able to post picks of it?
