I bought a Tantive and the clear triangle shaped pegs that hold the ship up were not included. I double checked everything. I also know they were missing as I seen my friend open his before and remember right were his were. I did put in a reqwest to FF for them to send me some pegs but a week later it says the review is still pending. I know it can take up to two weeks.

I was wondering, has anyone else had missing or broken items from their boxes before?

It's no problem, go onto the customer services website and let them know, they'll get some out to you asap, they're really good with things like this. I've had a couple of bits missing from a couple of sets and they've been replaced straight away.

FFG finally updated the status of my request. They said they would ship the missing pegs at no cost.
How long does it usually take for them to ship replacement parts out?
So glad they are sending me some. I really have been looking forward to playing with my Tantive!!!

I suppose it depends on where you are.

My K-wing part took about 4 weeks in total, a card i was missing took about 2 weeks.
